Sizing.
What size should I order?

Do they run true to size?
True to size. No vanity sizing.
Where do the legs sit?
Mid-thigh. They stay where you put them and don’t ride up.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes. Email us. Unopened pairs only.
Care.
How should I wash these?
Wash 30°C, gentle cycle. No bleach, no softener, no iron, no dry cleaning.
Why inside out?
To protect the red stitch and preserve the waistband shape.
Can I tumble dry?
No. Lay flat or hang. Tumble heat shortens the life of the elastane.
Shipping.
Where do you ship?
Across the EU. Outside the EU on request, just write us.
How long does it take?
2-4 working days inside Germany; 4-7 elsewhere in the EU.

On EU orders €100 and above.
Returns.
Can I return?
30 days on unopened pairs. Email us; we’ll handle the rest.
What if a pair is faulty?
We’ll replace it or refund it. No proof needed.
